October

Here are some pictures I took of Kryssie and Paige.
I saw some parents doing this with their little kids at Smiths on their pumpkins for sale.

Also, I thought Lacey would like to see our new house!

Las Vegas Trip

We stopped at a petting zoo and Kryssie and Paige were just in time for feeding the baby goats.

Kryssie was so excited that her
pants that Paige got her for her birthday matched the baby zebra!
So much fun at the gas station, we hit all the "Hot spots".
This is a very happy Kimono Dragon we saw at the aquarium in
Las Vegas....

...and some jellyfish.

Feather Pillows

A few more things I have been working on.  Pillow covers with buttons and flowers for my bedroom.  Colors are a little drab but I want my room to eventually be very relaxing and airy.  I've also made these feather charms... now what to do with them...hmm.  Took a few more pictures.  I wish I could figure out this whole lighting thing.  It was really cold and breezy so we kind of went quickly.  Lacey photo shopped a couple of them but I think I will have her do some others that don't have the direct sunlight in them.  I need to take Danny's senior picture soon though!  He will be graduated and his announcements won't even be out!

Lacey's Dream Catchers

Whether it's catching a great picture of a train sailing off into the sunset or colorful Dream Catchers, Lacey has a great eye for art.

Whimsical - odd, fanciful, imaginative, quaint.

Yes there's snow, but the birds are singing and it's beautiful. A few more whimsical things... Stuffed and potted angels, and my cupcake watercolor that reminds me of eating a wonderful cupcake with Lacey at her ward in California, sitting in the their courtyard with the warmth of the sun.

March came in like a lion...

... and going out like a lamb... (the lion always comes back in April).
